Immerse yourself with your senses in our wonderful mountain region – also with the taste. Because the typical of our country comes directly from its magnificent nature on the table and plate. As farmers we are particularly committed to this nature. Here we have grown up, we live and work in harmony with our environment as our ancestors did – and our descendants will certainly do in the same way. Everything needed for delicacies, you will get of course fresh from the farmer!
Enjoy fresh milk from the farmer every morning
On our farm we produce products which all come from sustainable mountain farming. And that’s what you taste! In the morning, have breakfast with our fresh milk from the farmer. This is hay milk derived from satisfied cows, who only know juicy grass and nutritious herbs from the alpine meadows. This milk is the base product for other farm products such as homemade natural yoghurt or fresh cheese, if desired, refined with freshly plucked herbs from our farm garden. In addition taste the crispy rolls from our village bakery, after that you will not want to eat anything else. Is not that a fabulous start to the new holiday?
We will show you how our farm products are made
On your breakfast table you will find fresh from the farmer healthy eggs from our free-range chickens, garden herbs, self-smoked speck, fruity jams, homemade syrups and organic apple juice. So you can savour the best of our region on your tongue before you go into the mountains or on the ski slopes. We would be pleased to show you how all the treats are produced, how our animals live and a South Tyrolean alpine farm is run. So you may like to look over our shoulders and even put your own hand in the barn or – with a bit luck- also be there during a calf birth!
Our drinking water – Ciamin Water
Enjoy the excellent quality of our drinking water, the “Ciamin Water”. It is natural mineral water enriched with the precious minerals of the Dolomite rock of the Catinaccio. It comes directly from the nearby mountain valley – the Ciamin Valley in the Nature Park Sciliar-Catinaccio.
Kneipp Therapy in the garden
If after hiking you wish to refresh your tired feet, you may enjoy a Kneipp treatment in the garden in our spring water basin. This refreshing effect can be enjoyed also in the morning with a Kneipp arm bath in the pure spring water – the so-called “Kneipp Coffee” – to boost your circulation.
Sleep in a “Hay Bed”
Have you always dreamt of sleeping in the hay like in old times? Already 130 years ago, after an exhausting day’s work, farmers slept in the hay, and woke up the next morning, refreshed and full of energy. Of course, you may also help with the hay work.

Would you like to experience a Nordic Walking around the farm? Upon request, Angelika will be happy to show you the right technique. Enjoy the clean air, enriched with aromatic spruce aromas and herbs from the surrounding mountain meadows!
